Aside from this no acknowledgment of the WTC (or the WLA) was made and it was not till 2000 that previous members of the WTC were allowed to participate in the yearly Remembrance Sunday parade in London. In 2007, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs revealed that all making it through members of the WTC would be entitled to wear a new badge to celebrate their service in the Corps.


On Remembrance Day 2012, BBC Countryfile transmitted a tribute to the work of the WTC with veteran members, shot in the Forest of Dean. National memorial [edit] On 10 October 2007 Forestry Commission Scotland unveiled a national memorial to the ladies of the WTC in the form of a life size bronze sculpture by Malcolm Robertson.
